- ノイズチェンジでロックマンが変化する。メテオGの生み出す凶暴なノイズと、ハンターVGに搭載されたノイズコントロールプログラムが同調することで起こる突然変異がノイズチェン　ジです。ノイズチェンジには、ノイズ率が大きく関係しているので、バトル画面右上にもノイ　ズ率を示す数字が表示されています。ノイズによる変化は未知数です。
