Battery grip BG-E2N dedicated for the EOS 40D can accommodates two BP-511A batteries for high volume shooting with battery life extended to 2,200 shots. Size-AA batteries can also be used when coupled with the supplied battery magazine BGM-E2. Battery compartment is enhanced with improved dust and water resistance design.
